Deploy a PHP Web App to Request Camera Permission and Take Photos Silently

This video is to show you how easily and quickly you can deploy a PHP web application to capture your visitor's camera photo. Nowadays, there are lots of web applications and mobile apps requesting camera access permission. We do need to think it over before grant that permission. It is very easy for apps to capture your Camera photos without further notification once you gave the permission. You can find the Deploy to Heroku button to have it easily deployed to your own Heroku instance. You also can use PHP page to view/download/delete captured photos.
