DD Windows 11 En Into Oracle Free Tier VM (1vCPU 1GB RAM)

Continuing my DD series to Oracle Free Tier VM (1oCPU, 1GB RAM), this video shows the process for Win11. It runs well although CPU and Memory is high all the time. We can add more virtual memories and adjust system services to reduce CPU usage. The image I am using is full Win11 version, not lite version.
