Is DD Win OS to Oracle Cloud Still Working in 2023? Tested Using Windows LTSB 2016 Image

Is DD Win OS to Oracle Cloud Ubuntu VM still working? I tested it again using Win10 LTSB 2016 image. It seems not working this time for this Win10 LTSB 2016 image. Don't feel bad, actually, right after this vide, I tested another image, works, which I will show that process in a different video. This video will show you all steps to DD Windows to OCP VPS, especially VNC connection part, which is critical for this kind of task. You will be able to see what is happening in background during DD process. Again, this is a recording for failed testing. It might be a single case because of bad image or something not right during DD process. But you will see a successful video soon in next episode.
